Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 lb beef (top round, roasted and sliced)
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 cup broccoli
Directions:
1. Boil broccoli until just before al dente.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
3. Combine soy sauce and sugar in the skillet.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.
5. Add oil and sesame seeds.
6. Add beef and (drained) broccoli.
7. Toss and cook to allow flavors to meld. Broccoli should be al dente.
