Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F; spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium size bowl, combine flours, oat bran, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nuts& dates; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugar and eggs.
  4. Stir in applesauce, bananas& milk; combine thoroughly.
  5. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture; stir until blended.
  6. Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans.
  7. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar; place in oven.
  8. Bake 50-60 minutes or until done.
