Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
brown sugar
4 tablespoon(s) golden flaxseed, ground (optional)
2 large organic bananas, mashed
2/3 cup(s) minichocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) organic butter
2 organic eggs
1 cup(s) organic white sugar
1/3 cup(s) plain, organic nonfat yogurt (greek yogurt is also ok)
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
2 cup(s) unbleached white flour
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, bananas, flaxseed and yogurt. Stir in salt, flour & baking soda. Add chocolate chips. Place muffin cups in muffin tins and add batter to about 2/3 full. Top each muffin with brown sugar. Bake at 400' for 1520 minutes or until muffin tops are golden brown. Makes 1218 regular size muffins or double or triple minimuffins
