This is a very healthy and tasty banana bread! and with the extra Body By Vi protein powder dates and walnuts you won't fell guilty eating it!
Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons protein powder, body by vi
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix together bananas, egg, sugar, apple sauce and protein shake.
3. Mix in dry ingredients
4. Stir in walnuts and dates.
5. Pour batter into greased 8x4 loaf pan
6. Bake loaf for 50 minutes.
