Healthy Banana Bread

This is easy, yummy and healthy.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
5 over ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup pecans (optional) or 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F.
2. Mix all wet ingredients together in one bowl (including bananas).
3. Mix all dry ingredients together in another bowl.
4. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
5. Spray Butter Flavored PAM in small loaf pan.
6. Fill loaf pan half way.
7. Cook for 30 minutes.
