Ingredients:
1/2 cup jarred artichoke heart
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 -3 garlic cloves
1 medium tomato
2 -3 tablespoons chicken broth or 2 -3 tablespoons white wine
3 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (grilled or baked)
Directions:
1. Mince garlic cloves & dice tomato.
2. Sautee artichoke hearts with mushrooms, tomato, garlic and wine or broth until heated through.
3. Pour hot mixture over the cooked chicken breast.
