Healthy Apricot Granola

Another attempt to cut down on sugar in the house. This one does use honey, though.
Ingredients:
10 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup honey
1 (10 ounce) jar apricot fruit spread (100% fruit)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together thoroughly by hand. Spread mixture out on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until it starts to brown, stirring every 5 minutes.
2. Before baking you may add other ingredients as desired: wheat germ, sunflower seeds, cinnamon - If you would like to add dried fruit such as dried apricots or raisins, add those after it is baked.
