Healthy Apple Cranberry Waldorf Salad

WONDERFUL! NOTE: This salad is just as beautiful as it is DELICIOUS and healthy! :)
Ingredients:
apple cranberry waldorf salad
1 1/2 cups chopped cranberries
1 cup chopped red apple
1 cup chopped green or yellow apple
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup raisins
2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
frosted cranberries (optional)
fresh mint leaves (optional)
lettuce leaves (optional)
combine first 11 ingredients; toss to coat. cover and chill 2 hours. stir just before serving. garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves, serve on lettuce if desired.
