Healthy and Tasty! Brownies

This is my grandmother's recipe (which wasn't all that unhealthy to begin with) with some changes to it.
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sugar
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup skim milk powder
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix wheat germ and all wet ingredients together until just blended.
2. Sift together all other ingredients over the wet ingredients, mix until just blended.
3. Grease a 8x8 inch pan and sprinle with some wheat germ.
4. Bake in a 350deg oven for 25-30mins.
