Healthy And Gluten Free Cream Soup Dry Mix

This mix is a great gluten free replacement for canned creamed soups. It's also much healthier with fewer preservatives. Easily stored in an air-tight container. Best if you use your own dried herbs!
Ingredients:
2 cups non-fat dry milk powder
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup low sodium instant bouillon (chicken or vegetable)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon white paper
Directions:
1. Mix all items together.
2. Store in an air-tight container.
3. To prepare:
4. Combine 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1 1/4 cups of water.
5. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
6. Add chopped mushrooms, celery, chicken, etc., as required.
7. Use in place of 1 can of condensed cream soup.
