Healthy Amazing Vegan Waffles

A quick, Healthy breakfast recipe that will satisfy Vegans and non vegans!
Ingredients:
1 cup unbleached white flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
dash salt
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 really ripe banana
1/4 cup vegan margarine
splash vanilla extract
small drop of almond extract
3 spoonfuls applesauce
Directions:
1. Pre-heat your waffle maker
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl
3. In a seperate bowl, mash banana, then add soy milk and mash more so they begin to mix
4. add margarine at room temp.
5. Mash and mix. The mix will start looking chunky (don't be alarmed!)
6. add the extracts and apple sauce
7. Keep mixing
8. Add the dry ingredeints to the wet
9. i will be really thick, so i reccomend adding a splash or two to the mix untill it gets to your desired texture
10. Spray waffle iron with non stick spray if desired
11. ladle the mix onto iron!
12. Let the waffle iron do the rest!
