Healthier Tuna Salad

Tuna salad without the mayo, uses mustard instead. Great to add eggs to or to use dressing as marinade for grilling.
Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Drain tuna.
2. Mix all in bowl.
3. Serve on toast or crackers.
