I found this recipe in a local newspaper. It's easy to play with the ingredients to make it just the way you like it, but it does make a lot.
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 -2 tablespoon skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients together, starting with 1 tablespoon milk. Add more milk if desired. Serves as a dip for apples, carrots, etc.
