A healthier version of a traditional meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
14 ounces tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup flax seed
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix thoroughly.
2. Place in greased loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
