This is an icy coffee-like drink-YUM! I love this-it tastes just like star-you-know-what-coffee-chain's bottled frappuccinos!
Ingredients:
2 cups ice cubes
2 tablespoons roma (a coffee substitute)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk
2 -3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on HIGH until frothy and ice is smoothly crushed.
2. Note: roma is a coffee substitute made from roasted barley. You can also use Kaffix in its place.
3. Edit the ingredients to suit your taste!
