Healthier Dairy-Free Low-Fat Brownies

These are so simple...If I can make them, so can everyone else. You can also substitute 1/3 cup self-raising flour for 1/3 cup wholemeal self-raising flour...I do all the time and no one's noticed.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cocoa, sifted
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup self-raising flour
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 ounces canola oil
chocolate chips or nuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Lightly grease a lamington tin, or 2 square cake tins.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
4. Place in oven for 20-30 minutes or until coming apart at sides.
5. Sift icing sugar on top to serve.
