Healthier Cinnamon Toast

Coconut oil is known for its many health benefits and coconut palm sugar is an all natural low glycemic index sweetener (GI 35) so it is better for diabetics.
Ingredients:
1 slice bread
extra virgin coconut oil
ground cinnamon (or cinnamon mix)
coconut palm sugar (i use sweet tree's blonde)
Directions:
1. Toast bread in toaster. After toasted, use a butter knife to spread the coconut oil liberally over the toast as you would butter-the oil will melt into the toast so don't use too much. Sprinkle sugar evenly over toast then sprinkle cinnamon evenly over toast. Amounts are to your preference.
2. Note: you can also substitute Pumpkin Pie Spice in place of the cinnamon.
