Surprisingly delicious, extremely nutritious, incredibly easy.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons flax seeds (whole)
4 -5 tablespoons vanilla protein powder or 4 -5 tablespoons vanilla slim fast powder
Directions:
1. Place flax seeds in blender and mix until they are finely ground.
2. Add skim milk, coconut milk, protein powder, and orange juice.
3. Blend.
