My friend gave me this recipe to help heal and protect the body, and it's amazing! All the ingredients help a different part of the body function better. Plus it tastes great! Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients into either milk, tea (my personal favorite), or any other beverage. 2. Heat until it comes to a boil and pour the beverage into a mug. 3. Add honey or sugar into your drink if desired. 4. Enjoy! |
