Healing Blueberry Aloe Smoothie

There aren't very many things better than this when it comes to helping our your body. Plus, it's yummy. And if it's too fruity for you, you can always add a scoop of non-fat frogurt to make it thick and creamy, I suppose :) To harvest the aloe vera gel, use a knife to filet away all of the green skin and any of the red veins along the inside. Then just toss it in the blender. I also usually add a teaspoon of lemon-flavored fish oil for Omega-3's, but this is not necessary. Aloe vera is known to cure ulcers, Crohn's, fight cancer and disease and do so many wonderful things!
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries (frozen, unsweetened is what i use)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup aloe vera gel (fresh cut, not the stuff they sell for your skin!)
Directions:
1. Blend well and enjoy!
