Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup hazelnuts, ground fine
1 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
Directions:
1. Combine flour and hazelnuts.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar.
3. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
4. Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight.
5. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
7. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 .
8. Using cookie cutters, cut out the shapes and place on prepared cookie sheets 1-1/2 apart.
9. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly colored.
10. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
