Hazelnut-Crusted Lime Grouper

A delectable fish entree; not too heavy, with a nice crunch.
Ingredients:
24 ounces grouper fillets
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
6 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
salt and pepper
fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper fish well on both sides.
2. Preheat oven to 450.
3. Melt butter and mix with lime juice, mustard, and honey, stirring well.
4. Place fillets in glass baking dish and pour the butter mixture over, turning to coat both sides. Return to fridge or freezer briefly to allow the butter mixture to harden.
5. Mix crumbs and hazelnuts, put on a plate, and remove fish from pan, turning them over in the crums/nuts until coated.
6. Return to baking dish, place in oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
