These little beauties use leftover popcorn in them. I usually make them after movie night and use up whats left of our popcorn.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts popped popcorn
1 cup chow mein noodles
12 ounces butterscotch chips
Directions:
1. Combine the popcorn and chow mein noodles.
2. Melt the chips over hot water.
3. Pour melted chips over the popcorn mixture.
4. Stir to coat well.
5. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
6. Store in tightly covered container.
