Hawaiian Turkey Burgers

This recipe is delicious! A great side dish to compliment this burger is grilled sweet potato wedges!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
12 slices center-cut bacon
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
salt and pepper
lettuce (optional)
red onion (slices)
12 hawaiian rolls
Directions:
1. Turkey Burger:.
2. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces.
3. Thoroughly mix crumbled bacon and seasonings into ground turkey.
4. Form into 12 small burger patties.
5. Grill until fully cooked, brush with pineapple glaze and top with either goat, bleu or feta cheese.
6. Split Hawaiian sweet roll in half, place burger on bottom bun.
7. Top with lettuce and red onion.
8. Enjoy!
9. Pineapple Glaze:.
10. Pour pineapple juice in a 2 quart pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by 50%.
