This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale several years ago and since then it has become a family favorite. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage shredded
3 carrots grated
1 cup canned crushed pineapple drained
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, carrots, pineapple, vinegar, gingerroot and fennel then chill.
2. Stir in mayonnaise just before serving.
