Hawaiian Pineapple Cake

A very moist and good cake
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup oleo
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup coconut
Directions:
1. Beat flour, sugar, soda, eggs, pineapple, oil, salt and vanilla togther 3 minutes.
2. Pour into 9x13 pan.
3. DO NOT GREASE OR FLOUR PAN.
4. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
5. Meanwhile bring the evaporated milk, sugar, butter and vanilla to a boil.
6. Add pecans and coconut.
7. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
8. Pour over cake when remove from oven.
9. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
