I got this recipe from the Hawaiian cookbook that House Dragon sent me in a swap. This book is filled withtons of great recipes I'd like to share. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup oil |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup ripe mango puree |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1/3 cup milk |
1 (6 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
1 cup ripe mango puree |
Directions:
1. Combine all and pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. 2. Topping:. 3. Combine all and set in fridge. Pour on cooled cake and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve. |
