Hawaiian Macadamia Bread

Snow on the ground,wind blowing...dreaming of tropical breezes!!
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bakind soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter,softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 farm fresh eggs
1 can(20oz) crushed pineapple,well drained(reserving 1 cup)
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flaked,coconut
1 jar (3-1/2 oz) macadamia nuts,chopped
Directions:
1. Combine flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt,set aside.
2. In bowl cream butter and sugar,beat until fluffly.
3. Beat in eggs and alternately,flour mixture and pineapple juice.
4. Fold in vanilla,coconut,macadamia nuts and crushed pineapple.
5. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 8x4x2-1/2 loaf pans.
6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Cool on wire rack
8. Note:may glaze with rum sugar glaze if you wish
