Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cooked lean ham (cubed or ground)
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
