Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken until tender then remove skin and cut into small pieces.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder.
  3. Cut apple into small slices and cut grapes in half.
  4. Drain pineapple and set juice aside then mix chicken, apple, grapes and pineapple.
  5. Mix pineapple juice and mayonnaise thoroughly then add to salad and mix well then refrigerate.
