1. Cook ham in a frying pan until it is brown on both sides; cover and keep warm. Make hamburger patties and cook to desired taste. Apply 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce to the top of each patty. Melt Swiss cheese to patties and remove from grill. Place 1 -2 slices of ham to each patty followed by a slice of pineapple (add grilled onions if desired) & serve.
