Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Kicked-up banana bread. Try it.
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
3 eggs-beaten
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups mashed ripe banana
1 8oz can crushed pineapple-undrained
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour,baking powder, soda,salt and cinnamon. Add nuts and set aside.
3. In large mixing bowl,combine sugar and oil.
4. Stir in eggs,vanilla,bananas,and pineapple. Mix well.
5. Add flour mixture and stir until just combined.
6. Pour batter into 2 greased 9 x5 loaf pans.
7. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
8. Cool 10 minutes in pans then turn out onto wire cooling racks to cool completely.
