The best you've ever tasted
Ingredients:
use a pan measuring about 16x12 1/2x2
3 cans plain pork and beans (each can 3 lb 5 oz size)
1 1/2 cups catsup
24 chunks pineapple (or as needed)
1 1/2 cups moasses (dark)
1/2 box dark brown sugar
6 slices thick bacon, cut into quarters
Directions:
1. Empty beans into pan and mix with catsup and molasses
2. Totally cover top of beans with bacon pieces.
3. Place one chunk of pineapple on each bacon piece
4. Sprinkle brown sugar over all
5. Bake for 2 hours, uncovered at 350 degrees
6. Note: Sometimes I drain the liquid from one of the cans to make beans thicker
