Havarti And Sourdough Cocktail Sandwiches

These are cute little sandwiches that taste fantastic. Great for any buffet, shower, party. Always a hit when I put them out. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 loaf party sourdough bread
1 pound havarti cheese grated
2 baby dill pickles minced
Directions:
1. Heat broiler then combine mayonnaise, mustard and paprika in a small mixing bowl.
2. Spread mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place bread slices on a baking sheet then sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Broil until cheese melts about 1 minute then remove from oven.
5. Top half of the bread slices with pickles then top with remaining slices and press down.
6. Cut in half and serve warm.
