Haute Grilled Avocados

Buttery avocados sprinkled with lime juice and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
2 large ripe avocados
2 tbs fresh lime or lemon juice
1-1/2 tbs olive oil
seasoned salt to taste
1/2 c fresh salsa (optional)
Directions:
1. For grilled slices:
2. Cut avocado in half,seed,peel and slice
3. Drizzle with fresh lime or lemon juice and brush liightly with olive oil
4. Gently place slices on grill over med- high heat for 2 mins each side
5. Season with salt to taste.
6. For Grilled Half Shells:
7. Cut avocados in half and remove seeds
8. Drizzle with fresh lime or lemon juice and brush lightly with olive oil.
9. Gently place cut side down on grill over hot coals for 2-3 mins
10. Season with salt to taste
11. Optional: Fill with fresh salsa or your favorite fresh ingredients.
