Hashbrowns & Turkey Italian Sausage

I was playing around and made something similar to this one night. My family (including my very picky eater son) loved this 'hash'. Every time I make it, there's never any leftovers. You can change this recipe, just by changing the meat. I once made it with hamburger and bacon.
Ingredients:
1 lb italian turkey sausage
20 ounces frozen hash browns
4 ounces mozzarella-cheddar blend cheese
2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, fry sausage until brown. Remove from pan; set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the 2 tablespoons canola oil. Add in the hashbrowns and fry, flipping & stirring occasionally until all is brown.
3. Reduce heat to low-medium; add the sausage back into the pan and mix with hashbrowns.
4. Top with cheese and continue to heat until the cheese is melted.
