Hashbrown Potato Bake Casserole

A cheesy potato bake that is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and family dinners. Makes a great side dish with any meaty main course.
Ingredients:
1 can - 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 container - 8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 bag - 30 ounces frozen shredded hashbrowns partially thawed
8 medium green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - about 8 ounces
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease bottom of pan.
3. In a seperate bowl, mix soups, sour cream, milk and pepper.
4. DO NOT USE CHEESE YET.
5. Stir in potatoes and onions.
6. Assemble recipe in the baking dish.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
8. Spinkle with cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly around edges.
