Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup onion
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients and mix well.
2. Spoon into greased casserole dish and top with sharp cheese.
3. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
