This is my own recipe that I came up with after tweaking as recipe from one of our local church's cookbooks. It's outstanding.
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 package of pre-cooked bacon, microwave prepared and crumbled
(8-oz) sour cream
1/3-cup ranch salad dressing
(8-oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 sticks margarine, melted
tony’s seasoning (to taste)
Directions:
1. Melt margarine.
2. Mix all ingredients except cheese for top.
3. Add salt, pepper and Tony’s seasoning to taste.
4. Top with cheese , cover and bake at 350̊ for 45 minutes.
5. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes.
