Perfect for side dish or even as a main dish. I haven't made this yet and i borrowed the pic from a friend that did make it.
Ingredients:
2 lb. frozen shredded hashbrowns
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. colby cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Spray 9x13 baking pan with Pam.
3. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onion and cheese.
4. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes
