Needed to feed the kiddos and cabinets were bare
4 cups frozen hash browns
1 lb ground beef
16 ounces shredded cheese, your favorite flavor
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1. brown ground beef with salt and pepper and drain off excess fat.
2. return ground beef to pan and add frozen hashbrowns.
3. cook until they are done.
4. add cheese turn off heat and stir until cheese is melted.
5. serve and eat.
