Hash Brown and Mince Dinner

Easy little winter dinner for slow-cooker.
Ingredients:
800 g hash browns, thawed and shredded
450 g minced beef
1 onion, chopped
450 g frozen vegetables
280 g cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
450 g processed cheese
Directions:
1. Add hash browns to slow cooker.
2. Brown beef and onion in frying pan.
3. Add meat, and then vegetables, to slow cooker.
4. Combine soup and milk, then pour on top of of meat & vegetables.
5. Cover & cook on LOW for 4 hours.
6. Add cheese, cover, cook additional 30 minutes.
