These cute little hares made from hard-boiled eggs will complement dishes of vegetables, cold meats or even fish.
Ingredients:
hard boiled egg
tomato paste
mustard
mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Cut a thin slice lengthwise from one side of the egg.
2. Cut a V-shaped piece from that slice, to make the ears.
3. Make a cut in the remaining egg to accept the ears.
4. Draw the eyes with a dot of tomato paste and the whiskers with mustard.
5. Make a tail with mayonnaise.
