This is a recipe that I found on Cowboy country, and I thought it would be so good to try -
Ingredients:
8 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup seedless grapes, red and green
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
pepper
Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, shred lettuce, then add cheese, grapes and onion.
2. Mix oil, lemon juice, sugar, and pepper and toss with salad just before serving.
