A light, flavorful, delicious salad mix.
Ingredients:
1 package organic free range chicken thighs
1 handful organic seedless green grapes
haines safflower mayonnaise
salt and pepper
mixed greens
cantaloupe
strawberries
brie cheese
stacy's simply naked baked pita chips
Directions:
1. Poach, cool and shred chicken.
2. Mix with sliced grapes, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Chill.
4. Serve on a bed of mixed greens with pita chips, cantaloupe slices, sliced strawberries and wedges of brie cheese.
