Hank's Incredible Egg Rolls

This was a friend's recipe, but I added a few ingredients. Be careful... you'll eat more than you should!
Ingredients:
5 -6 pork chops, boiled 20 minutes,remove bones
2 packages bean sprouts, soak for 1 hour and squeeze out water,tear apart (also known as cellophane noodles)
1 package fresh shiitake mushroom (any mushroom works)
2 bunches green onions
1 head bok choy
1 can water chestnut
2 eggs
1 tablespoon accent seasoning
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or more)
2 packages egg roll wraps
Directions:
1. CHOP ONIONS, BOK CHOY, MEAT, CHESTNUTS& MUSHROOMS IN FOOD PROCESSOR.
2. MIX WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
3. YOU MAY ADD A DASH OF CHINESE 5 SPICE POWDER IF YOU LIKE IT.
4. FILL EGG ROLL WRAPPERS& DEEP FRY ‘TIL GOLDEN BROWN AT ABOUT 350 DEGREES.
5. IF YOU FRY IT TOO HOT, THE OUTSIDE GETS DONE TOO FAST.
6. FRY AS YOU ROLL.
7. IF YOU ROLL TOO MANY BEFORE FRYING, THEY WILL STICK TO YOUR SURFACE AND TEAR APART!
8. ENJOY WITH EITHER CHINESE HOT MUSTARD OR SWEET& SOUR SAUCE.
