This is a delicious recipe that can be used as a maindish on a bed of salad greens or an appetizer. Found on the internet.
Ingredients:
1 (32oz.) can v-8 juice
1 can beer
3 to 6 jalapeno peppers (you can substitute habaneros),chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, except shrimp, in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and remove from heat. Let stand about 20 minutes. Drain and chill shrimp.
