Wow, this is making me feel so much better... good even! Delicious too. This can be made vegan by using soy milk & soy ice cream.
Ingredients:
8 ice cubes
1 cup espresso or 1 cup strong coffee
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Dissolve honey in espresso. Put ice in blender and add all ingredients. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour in a tall glass. Yum.
