Hand-Rolled Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup rolled oats (mixed with rye or millet or barley or flax seed, twice as much oats as any other grain)
Directions:
1. The ratio is two parts water to 1 part rolled grains. Bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Add rolled grains, cook for 5 minuets then cover, and let stand 5 more minuets.
2. We like it with a dab of butter, a little sugar or honey and a scoop of creamer (optional). Oh and of course milk too. Or if you are counting calories, just use a little Nutri-Sweet and some low-fat milk. Enjoy!
