Hamburger Tater Tot Casserole

My son's favorite dish. Passed down from my Mamaw.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (14 ounce) can rotel
1 (32 ounce) bag of of frozen frozen tater tots
2 lbs velveeta cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown beef in skillet, drain.
2. Mix can of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of milk, can of rotel and velvetta in microwave until smooth.
3. In a 9X13 casserole dish layer: tots, meat, soup mixture X2.
4. Bake covered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
5. Remove cover and top shredded cheddar cheese and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
6. Remove and let set 15 minutes before serving.
